- Corrected projected savings growth when existing savings exceed the target. Version 0.3 could report a negative target gap instead of actual modeled growth.

Correction standard
A material formula issue must be reproduced with inputs, corrected in the shared calculation core, covered by a regression test and recorded here with the affected version. Source-date corrections must identify the old and new date. Pure styling changes do not alter a calculation version.
